O spraydeck, em particular, amplia a faixa de uso para condi\u00e7\u00f5es como frio, chuva, respingos de \u00e1gua ou vento. Esse n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas um recurso de conforto, mas tamb\u00e9m um aspecto de seguran\u00e7a. O spraydeck \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de abrir e fechar, e o barco tamb\u00e9m pode ser conduzido aberto com a capota enrolada. Isso tamb\u00e9m torna o Packraft interessante para passeios no ver\u00e3o, em regi\u00f5es quentes ou com sa\u00eddas frequentes, traslados ou passeios tur\u00edsticos.
