The big Revo delivers everything the Revo CL offers, but with a little bit more of everything. As you would expect from an XL version. It's a bit longer, wider, more powerful and, thanks to TubeBags, can also carry a full load.

The combination of the VenturiTube self-bailing system, the profiled floor and the new TwinTail^TM (registered design) creates a unique appearance. Thanks to the bailing hose, the boat does not need a spraydeck and can be configured as a lightweight single-packraft.

Big waves simply drain away via the roll-top closable VenturiTube (bailing hose). Only a couple of litres remain in the boat, mostly displaced by the floor pad, even in big water because the inflatable floor and high bow provide huge buoyancy. This makes the Revo XL easier to paddle!

TwinTail^TM

The specially developed TwinTail^TM, the characteristic double stern, makes the Revo distinctive. The V-shaped notch at the stern of the boat is inspired by the design of modern surfboards. This provides stability and balance.

The Revo XL is available in the Plus(+) material version. The high-density, extra-strong 420/840 denier nylon is the strongest material currently available for its weight. To be recognised by the colours Terra Red+ and Pacific Blue+, but also available in the familiar Fresh Green+.

The Revo XL+ is the big brother you can rely on. Fast and strong. Forgiving and helpful. Conceptually, it’s a very flexible guy. The self-bailer drains fast in whitewater and when rolled up will glide over flatwater. A spraydeck is not needed as water drains out through the floor hose, but the drain hose can be sealed. The Revo XL offers plenty of space, massive buoyancy and a huge capacity.

The secret lies chiefly in the floor mat. Not only does it provide added buoyancy and raised position in the water, it also creates a rigid hull with edges and lines. Combined with the generous length and stabilising TwinTail^TM, the Revo XL can be brought up to speed and maintained with two to three strokes. In addition, the mat is constructed in such a way that it almost completely displaces residual water. For a self-bailer, this makes the Revo XL more agile and easy to manoeuvre. The hard floor really changes the shape and looks to add harder chines and rails. The raft is very fast and maintains speed in turbulent water more than any other raft I’ve paddled. And it runs straight! Which for a packraft is really something! I think it is a fantastic step forward in packraft design.
